Clarke’s Club £50 Amazon Voucher prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and over who reside within Clarke’s Gas Services’ standard service area: Faversham, Canterbury, Whitstable, Sittingbourne, Ashford, and the surrounding villages.
Open to both new and existing clients of Clarke’s Gas Services who sign up to an eligible Clarke’s Club plan during the promotion period (01/07/25 00:01am – 30/09/2025 23:59pm)
Proof of address may be requested to confirm eligibility.
Employees of Clarke’s Gas Services, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs on a monthly basis, with one winner drawn on the first working day of each calendar month following entries from the previous month
All qualifying sign-ups made between the 1st and the last day of each calendar month will be entered into that month’s draw.
3. How to Enter
Entry is automatic upon signing up to a Clarke’s Club plan during the promotional period.
No additional purchase is necessary.
One entry per eligible customer per Clarke’s Club sign-up. Duplicate or repeat entries will not be counted.
4. The Prize
One winner each month will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk e-gift voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.
Clarke’s Gas Services reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random using a verified method.
Winners will be notified via email within five working days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
6. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Clarke’s Gas Services publishing their first name and general location (e.g., “Mark from Whitstable”) in promotional materials.
No further personal data will be shared without consent.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the promotion and distributing prizes.

8. General
